Returns and Refunds

If you purchase an item and you are not happy with it, simply return it and we'll give you store credit to try something new. 

Order Guidelines:

• This must be your first purchase from evn-cbd.com
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that it was received. 
• The order should be no more than 14 days old from the delivery date.
• Exceptions: Clearance and bulk items are not eligible.
• Upon approval of your return request, we'll send a USPS return label to your email. Please use this to ship the item back to us. Once we receive your returned item, your gift card will be emailed to you.
